How do I reset my password if I've forgotten it?

To reset your password, go to the Login page and click on the Forgot Password link. Enter the email associated with your account, and you'll receive an email with a reset link. Follow the link to securely create a new password. If the email isn't in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

What are the benefits of subscribing to a higher tier?

Our subscription tiers offer additional benefits, such as admin privileges and unlimited new tasks. For a full overview of the subscription benefits, visit the Pricing page.

How can I invite other users to my workspace ?

To invite fellow users to your workspace, start by navigating to Settings from the main navigation bar. In the Workspace section, go to the Members page and click on the Invite People button. This will open a modal where you can search for the user by entering their email address. Once you locate the correct person, click Invite to send an invitation and add them to your workspace.

Where can I view and manage all third-party account integrations in my workspace?

All integrations can be managed by first navigating to Settings. Under the Workspace section, select Integrations. From this page, you can add new integrations, including GitHub, as well as enable or disable any existing integrations. For more information refer to the documentation on integrations

How can I enable sprints into my teams on squared ?

To enable sprints for your teams in Squared, start by navigating to the Settings page. Locate and select the team for which you'd like to enable sprints. A dropdown menu will appear; select Sprints from the options. This will take you to the Sprints Settings page, where you can customize sprint settings such as duration, start date, and other parameters to best suit your team's workflow.

Do I need a subscription to use Dark Mode or Light Mode?

No subscription is needed to switch between Dark Mode and Light Mode. Simply click the Theme Toggle button on the navigation bar to enable your preferred theme.

Can I recover a workspace after I have deleted it ?

No, once a workspace is deleted, this action cannot be reversed. Before deleting a workspace, ensure you have saved or backed up any important data, files, or tasks stored within it, as all content in the workspace will be permanently lost.

Is the app compatible with mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop devices?

Yes, our app is fully responsive and optimized for use on mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop devices. It automatically adjusts to fit your screen size, providing a smooth and consistent experience across all devices.

How do I manage notifications ?

Our app offers several ways to customize and manage your notifications. On the Inbox page, you can use filters to choose which tasks you want to view. If there are specific tasks you don't want to receive notifications for, simply select those tasks and click Unsubscribe to stop notifications from them. This gives you full control over the types of updates and alerts you receive.

Can I customize my task view ?

Yes, you can choose between two task view options: List View and Grid View. To switch between views, open the Display dropdown and select your preferred option, allowing you to organize and view tasks in the format you prefer.
